UmmiAyus Healthy Journey

Assalamualaikum all! :) alhamdulillah harini diberi kesihatan lagi.. hee nampak sgt sblum2 ni xsihat sokmo kan. so just nk share sikit my future "healthy life" journey. nk kata nk kuruih xboleh sebab xselalunya jadi. hehe.. so i might change it to healthy la.. sedap sikit bunyi kan. kikiki. last few years before dapat #littlecaliphayyashshidqi , ayus ade buat yg sama mcm ni jugak and alhamdulillah dpt turun 7kg + time tu memang bulan Romadhon.. memang kejayaan sangat kot and pooff! ayyash pun ada lepas tu.. syukur.. salah satu cara nk preggy lepas lama ber-TTC kan :)

Since 18/9/2017 mark my first week of journey. Exercise? memang lemau sangat2.. so ape ayus buat is, change the way of makan. both of us memang bawak bekal almost everyday and not so "eat clean" jugak.. just more on control potion. ayus di-inspired daripada kekni on how to loss weight and diet without having strict diet macam xmakan nasi ke, exercise extream or ape2 la yg buat diri ni xhappy and give up halfway.

Plan makanan :

  • mostly makanan yg mcm biasa just CONTROL POTION
  • control SUGAR INTAKE - which is selalunya xde issue pun tp still aware


I did googled home work out plan and pilih 1 ni  nampak mcm senang tapi ya ampun. peluh tiak wehh.. haha.. Thanks to the owner of this plan ye..
