My daily intake

Salam semua.. harini terasa nk share ape yg ayus buat daily..


Bangun pagi b4 subuh
500ml air putih

Sampai office (7-7.30am)
ESP shake

Breakfast (7.30-8.00am)
nescafe tarik kurang manis or air suam
tosai
alfalfa

b4 lunch (11.30am)
ESP Shake

Lunch (12.00pm)
sayur + ikan (lauk-pauk)
alfalfa

tea time (3pm-4pm)
biskut jacob high fiber

b4 dinner (6.30-7.30)
ESP Shake

Dinner (8.00pm)
lauk-lauk (sayur+ikan or ayam)

b4 sleep
Vitamin E


in between, 4L air putih is a must.

p/s: mostly on weekend a bit tricky and xikot sgt schedule ni.. hehe...
