In Progress

salam all... ayus tau orang mesti boring dah nak bace kesah ni.. heheh..kesah ayus tengah diet! kihkih.. but, currently mmg extreamly on diet.. my target & advised by a doctor is to loose weight in about 10kg within 3months. looks so easy.. but... jangan pandang sebelah mata ha... payah weh! haiz...

what i currently did were :

  1. eat no RICE - as advised by one of my colleague.. dia ckp try jangan makan nasi, and tgk hasilnye.. sbb kengkadang, bende lain boleh control.. tp punca utama berat xnk turun is NASI. so, i did it for almost a week.. and jaga setiap makanan yg ayus amik & minum byk air masak.. Alhamdulillah, ade niat, dipermudahkan.. 


  2. eat supplement/booster - i think most of u know about Shaklee.. ni pn advise by Doctor.. she advised to take either Shaklee or Herbalife.. sbb ni mmg product yg dah certified and dah lame dlm pasaran..so, ayus kenal dgn someone agent Shaklee & i did few servey.. now i consume Shaklee Lachitin & Shaklee Alfalfa.. result after sminggu, terase a bit light (xtau la tang mana.. haha) and xmudah letih..  we'll see tgk macam mana nanti..
  3. exercise - due to raining or not so good weather skrg ni.. ayus just buat extra walking (panjat escalator, jalan laju2) & byk buat kerja rumah.. turun naik tangge.. hehe.. nk joging, tp hujan.. then kaki kiri ayus pn skrg injured.. so, xleh nk push sgt jugak.. 
and i believed, if i constant buat tiga benda ni..  insyaAllah, i manage to loose weight as per expected.. my aim is Raya nanti.. wish to wear RED KEBAYA *dreaming* haha... ayus jugak promise dgn MA nk buat bebetul...



p/s: i'm trying.. and i'm happy to do all this :)
p/s/s: ade tips jugak... if xmakan nasi, tp nk makan roti, please take less than 2pieces.
