Thursday blues!

hi semua.. harini hari malas for me.. heee. bgn pn lmbt.. g kje pn selekeh.. xleh blah betul harini..
mmg betul2 thursday blues oke.. tadi mase balik kerje terjumpa ex-officemate HSBC dlu.. namenye Nirosha.. 1st sentence yg die cakp.. "you put on weight la.." haha.. time tu ayus dah  mcm.. erk! but i agreed with her.. mmg pun.. oke ayus, please take note okeh! kau dah gemok! ahaks!!

now, ayus mmg akan stress up on my diet! xbleh nk manje2 kan diri skrg ni.. nanti wedding dress xmuat! heee.. 1st step yg ayus dah buat is going to aerobik class. YES. aerobik. kat Wangsa Maju every monday & wednesday. sejam je pun.. from 8Pm-9Pm. nice la wlaupun semua chinese.. tp dorg friendly :)

next, ayus start puasa insyaAllah every monday & thursday. sahor mcm biase la kan, nestum only.. pastu kalau buka pulak, mmg ayus ni puase xreti nk mkn sgt time buka.. slaloonye just air masak pastu mkn ape yg ade je la. tu pn sikit je.. mmg xkan ade slera.. TAPI, ayus sgt suka masak dessert time nk buka.. xkisah la ape pn.. puding roti, caramel, ondeh2, & macam2 la.. part paling BEST pulak, ayus susah nk mkn ape yg ayus masak, or yg ayus masak sndiri kmfem ayus xmakan sgt.. heee. tu yg ayus suke masak :)

last but not least, force myself to eat DINNER early.. atleast b4 9 tu dah stop la makn.. kalau lapa minum air masak je la kan.. oh, btw, wpun ayus diet.. tapi nasik tetap makan jugak as CARBOHYDRATE. sumber paling penting jugk la kan selain protien, sugar..  n ayus pn every month akan pegi checkup for my personal health check up. yela, klinik free kan.. bek pegi je... :D

now pn ayus ade dapat resepi air utk sarapan.. air yg agk best n YUCCKY jugk laa.. ngee.. bru nk blaja2 minum gak la.. bland saderi, green apple & strawberry/timun. ni pn dapat dari magazine.. mane la tau boleh tlg baka lemak2 terpendam ni kan. ngee..

nway, wish me a goood luck to go thru all this dlm keadaan sihat wal'afiat.. :) ayus cube yg terbaik demi w-day ayus & kesihatan diri ayus gak.. dah naik malu sebenanye semua org kate ayus gemok, ade sparetyre, bontot besa.. wpn ayus xkisah tp manuasia kan.. still ade perasaan.. kdg2 mmg xmampu nk buat tp ape yg dorg ckp2 ni jugk jadi semgat utk ayus jadi lebih kurus n sihat.
